Sarah Phillips, from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment, will be at UC San Diego on Friday, 14 October, from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. She will be talking to interested students about the Nicholas School’s Master of Environmental Management Program, a two-year professional master’s degree; this two-year degree also offers dual degree options with Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, Sanford School of Public Policy, Law School and more. She will also have information about the world-renowned Duke University Marine Laboratory, located on the NC coast in Beaufort; this lab provides wonderful opportunities for undergraduate students to study in Beaufort for a semester or summer, especially students focused on environmental science, biology and research independent study.
