FULBRIGHT LUNCHEON 12PM-1:30PM: All participants are invited to lunch at the Faculty Club where we will hear from key note speaker, Geoffry E. Braswell. Professor Braswell received his doctorate from Tulane University in 1996 and is Professor of Anthropology. Professor Braswellwas a Fulbright recipient in 1996 at Universidad del Valle De Guatemala and has been an active member of the Fulbright Association.
INFORMATION SESSION 1:30PM-3PM: This session will provide an overview of the U.S Fulbright Student Program. The Fulbright U.S. Student Program offers research, study and teaching opportunities in over 140 countries to recent graduates and graduate students. Fulbright grant recipients receive free funding to study abroad for one to two years in order to complete a master’s program or teach English as a second language. Join us at this session to learn about the variety of programs available to undergraduate and graduate students, the application process and how Y0U can win a prestigious Fulbright grant.
